Your Privacy & Data Deletion Rights
At MS Digital Consultant, we respect your right to control your personal information. In accordance with Meta Developer Platform Data Policies, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, users have full right to request the deletion of all personal data, Facebook login user data, WhatsApp communication logs, or account profiles stored in our systems.

1 Meta / Facebook App Data Deletion Instructions
If you interacted with MS Digital Consultant through Facebook Login, Meta Business Applications, or Instagram messaging:
- Log in to your Facebook Account.
- Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
- Find MS Digital Consultant in the list of active apps.
- Click Remove to revoke all application access.
- Click View Removed Apps and Websites, select MS Digital Consultant, and click Send Request to trigger Facebook's Data Deletion Callback notification to our endpoint.
2 Direct Email Request
You can also request complete removal of your records by emailing our dedicated privacy desk:

Body: "Please permanently delete my personal information, account profile, lead history, and communication logs associated with [Email Address / WhatsApp Number]."
3 What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving and confirming your request, we will permanently purge the following data within 24 to 48 hours:
- Client Portal profile credentials and account login details.
- Submitted lead history, business forms, and contact records.
- WhatsApp chatbot conversation transcripts and Meta messaging logs.
- Support ticket correspondence history.
Legal & Tax Statutory Exception
Please note that official tax invoices, billing records, and payment receipts generated for accounting purposes must be retained in accordance with Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and statutory audit requirements.
