• Identity & Contact Information: Full name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, business name, location, and tax identifiers (GSTIN).
• Service & Technical Workflow Data: Project specifications, business requirements, custom integration parameters, API tokens, and webhook payloads provided for n8n, OpenAI, or Meta integrations.
• Meta / WhatsApp API Communication Logs: Phone numbers, message metadata, automated bot conversation histories, and interaction timestamps processed via Meta/Facebook Business APIs.
• Billing & Payment Metadata: Transaction IDs, invoice numbers, Razorpay payment reference hashes, and billing addresses (raw credit card and banking credentials are never stored on our servers; payments are processed securely by Razorpay / DLT banking gateways).
• Log Files & Technical Identifiers: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, referrer URLs, and session timestamps.
